Instruction

To start working with "the Personal Secretary" (further "PS") it’s necessary to perform the following steps:

1. Load Personal Secretary.

2. In the column Settings enter the PIN-code. In order to not enter the code every time you call, press Save.

3. To make a call it is necessary to set up "My phone" (the number of the subscriber from which the call is made) as: +3717****** or 003717****** and similarly to set up the "Destination"

For example, Latvia:

+371******* or 00371*******

Russia, Moscow:

+7095******* or 007095******

After actions "2" and "3" are completed, click on "Call" with the left mouse button. Within 2 - 5 seconds a call signal is sent to your phone. When picking up the phone you will hear a melody signal after which you will be connected with the called subscriber.

PS Functions

During each connection you will see the tariffs displayed in the field "Call".

To simplify dialing you can choose "Speed dial". To create numbers for speed dialing, please follow these steps:

1. After or before a call (when in windows "My phone" and "Destination" the numbers are entered) it is necessary to choose one of three bookmarks of "Speed dial".

2. Press the button "Add to speed dial".

3. Enter the contacts’ name.

After steps "1", "2" and "3", the symbol with the subscriber’s name will appear in the bookmark you have chosen.

In the future, by pressing the name of the contact, a connection with that individual will be made.

All three bookmarks of the "Speed dial" can provide practically unlimited numbers of fast dialing.

In the windows "My phone" and "Destination", it is possible to see the list of numbers of individuals with whom there have been connections. If necessary, it is possible to quickly create a new connection with any of them, having chosen the contact from the list.

Address book

For more effective use of "PS", please use "My address book", which is completely synchronized with the data of the address books of Outlook or Outlook Express in your computer.

All changes can be made by updating the data in the address book of Outlook Express.
