Services

To use the services it is necessary to sign an agreement with Top Connect OÜ, which represents CSC Telecom in Estonia. Annexed to the contract are the current rates of CSC Telecom for each service as well as instructions.

It is also possible to use CSC Telecom services without signing a contract – use the Turbo Universal Phone Card, which can be bought in post offices, hotels, hostels, tourist information centers, BookingEstonia office, Techmarket shops, R-Kiosk locations, Autogrill TÜ, Fonotest OÜ, Kammahansa OÜ, Laurilor OÜ, OÜ, Makristol OÜ, Odium AS, Oligarh AS, Pärnapuu OÜ, Rinder OÜ, Savello AS, Tsenter AS, Vadera OÜ across Estonia.
