Calls from unregistered line

1. Make sure that your phone is switched to tone dial mode.

2. Dial one of the free access codes.

• 10988 00 1111 – in Estonian
• 10988 00 2222 – in Russian
• 10988 00 3333 – in English

3. Wait for the invitation into the CSC Telecom

4. When dialling a number in pulse dial mode, switch the phone to tone dial mode (DTMF, usually with key “*”)

5. Enter “Turbo” card’s PIN code and press key „#“.

6. Then dial 00 + country code + city code + number of the subscriber and press key “#”.

7. Electronic operator will report the account balance on your “Turbo” card.

8. Call tariffication in seconds is calculated when connection with the connected number is made.

Example:

Calling to Russia to the number 7205040 in Moscow:

10988 00 2222, PIN+#, 0070957205040+#

Calling to ЕМТ network to the number 5010010:

10988 00 1111, PIN+#, 05010010+#

Calls from registered line

Registration

1. Dial free access number 10988 00 10988

- if you can not get through from your phone (for example, from your mobile), dial the local number in Tallinn: 6691700

2. Tell the operator the “Turbo” card’s PIN code and the number of the phones from which you are planning to call.

3. Then dial 10988+00 + country code + city code + number of the subscriber and press key “#”.

4. Electronic operator will report the account balance on your “Turbo” card.

5. Call tariffication in seconds is calculated when connection with the connected number is made.

Example:

Calling to Russia to the number 7205040 in Moscow:

10988 00 70957205040+#

Calling to ЕМТ network to the number 5010010:

10988 05010010+#

Remark: to make dialling easier, you can use the Operator Prechoice service. See the instructions here.

*Using the Operator Prechoice service enables the client to direct his/her calls through the preferred operator without dialling the prefix 10988 each time.

This service can be activated in the phone by the client. It is free.

Call from a payphone

NB! Do not insert “Turbo” card into the phone!

1. Dial free access number 8009988
2. Wait for the invitation into the CSC Telecom
3. Enter “Turbo” card’s PIN code and press key „#“
4. Then dial 00 + country code + city code + connected number and press key “#”.
5. Electronic operator will report the account balance on your “Turbo” card
6. Call tariffication in seconds is calculated when connection with the connected number is made.

Example:

Calling to Russia to the number 7205040 in Moscow:

8009988, PIN+#, 0070957205040+#

Calling to ЕМТ network to the number 5010010:

8009988, PIN+#, 05010010+#

Remark:

You can also use “Turbo” card to make calls from Latvia and Russia. Free access codes in Latvia:
